The Ex-Perforated process is a more cost-effective solution than traditional perforated aluminum, while meeting or exceeding performance specifications. Nexerse Ex-Perforated is available in sheets and rolls, and the resulting pattern of openings can come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit your specifications. Products are produced using an efficient slitting and stretching process without wasting material or waste, thereby reducing material usage.
Aluminium is very light, about 1/3 the weight of stainless steel, has a high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance, making it a versatile and aesthetically pleasing material available in most aluminium grades.
