Expanded Metal Grating

All materials are quality and process assured to ISO 9001 or AS9100

Material

Nexerse is capable of working with a variety of different materials. Some of these materials include Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, and more. Here are examples of the most popular materials we use.

We can also provide custom alloys of one metal with another or several metals to increase its rigidity and corrosion resistance to meet the unique needs of your application.

  Copper

Copper is soft and ductile, and also has good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it a safe and recyclable metal material. It is mostly used for heat dissipation of electrical appliances, Faraday cages, architectural decoration, etc.

Cupro-Nickel .jpg

Cupro-Nickel

Cupro-Nickel is a copper-nickel-zinc alloy with nickel as the main element. The color is silvery white. It has a silvery appearance but does not contain silver elements. The general composition is 60% to 90% copper, and the rest is mixed with nickel and zinc. The nickel content is approximately between 10% and 30%.

Titanium .jpg

Titanium

Titanium has a low density and has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all metal elements. Highest corrosion resistance in seawater and chlorine. Additionally, titanium is non-magnetic and has low thermal and electrical properties.

Nickel .jpg

Nickel

Nickel is a silver-white metallic material that is magnetic, highly ductile and conductive. In addition, it is not easy to oxidize in the air, and is often used to make special steel and other alloys, catalysts, etc.

USES

The grating is suitable for alloys, building materials, power stations, boilers. shipbuilding. For petrochemical, chemical and general industrial plants, municipal construction and other industries, it has the advantages of ventilation and light transmission, anti-skid, strong bearing capacity, beautiful and durable, easy to clean and easy to install. Steel grating has been widely used in all walks of life at home and abroad, mainly used as industrial platforms, ladder treads, handrails, passage floors, railway bridge sideways, high-altitude tower platforms, drain covers, well covers, road grilles, three-dimensional It can also be used as a fence for parking lots, institutions, schools, factories, enterprises, sports fields, and garden villas.

Features &  Benefits

Our expanded metal grilles have a variety of uses in industrial and architectural applications. We design and manufacture sidewalks for bridges, drainage and wheelchairs, landing ramps, fire ladders, mezzanine and stair treads, mining , oil and gas platforms.
Expanded metal grille is mainly used as floor products. Our expanded metal method is designed to provide safe and reliable applications for any industry. Other alternative applications for expanded metal grids include roads, railways, airports, warehouses, power and water treatment plants.
The expanded metal grille has load-bearing characteristics and can withstand extreme weight. This is particularly effective in mining and quarrying tower decks, pumps and drilling platforms, shelving and other maintenance walkways.
Again, the options available are almost endless, which enables us to meet our customers' needs through any industry-specific application. Our expanded metal grilles are suitable for industrial, light to medium load applications, designed and planned building applications, facilities and material handling applications, pedestrian and traffic applications, and environmental or public access applications

Finishing

We use aluminum, stainless steel, carbon and almost any malleable material to produce our expanded metal grille. Quality assurance complies with ISO 9001 standard. We also offer a variety of finishing options for our sidewalk grilles, which is critical to our customers and their expectations for the final product.
Our protective coating options include anodizing, galvanizing, electronic coating, powder coating and other metal coatings.
Anodized metal (most commonly used in aluminum) sidewalk gratings increase corrosion resistance. Compared with common metals, anodized metals have better adhesion to the coating. It is also safe for the environment and has little negative impact on land, air or water.
Galvanizing provides a zinc protective coating for the expanded metal grating to prevent corrosive substances from affecting the metal. Over time, it can protect against damage and weathering for a long time.
The powder coating has a higher thickness level than most other protective layers. It is economically safe, durable and has high wear resistance. All finishes can be provided according to the type of metal protection required by the customer.
